How do I place an order?
Simply click on the "Order Soul Scans" tab and you will be directed to the shopping cart. Once the order is complete, first-time clients will be instructed to upload their photo. Your file will then be set up and the screening process will begin.

How long will it take to receive my reports?
We strive to complete your scans within one business day after your file is set up. You will be notified by email that your scans are complete. They will be delivered via pdf format.
Is it possible to get advice or support after I receive my scans?
When you receive your reports, you will receive a comprehensive guide with instructions on how to read and understand your reports, along with instructions, and exercises for releasing and clearing. This is designed to start you on a self-healing journey with the information and tools that are provided to you. The technicians at Soul Scans are not licensed therapists and are not able to give advice. If you would like to continue your work with a qualified therapist, we would be happy to give you a referral. If you have a specific question relating to the reports, feel free to contact us anytime with your questions.
I got so many negative emotions! Is that normal? Is something wrong with me?
It is not uncommon to get over 40 negative issues/blocks to work on. Some people get less. Some people get much more. There is no right or wrong number. This is a non-judgmental process for clearing out all that does not serve you. Our database is extensive with several hundred issues programmed; so if handful of over 30 issues has been identified, that is not unreasonable!
I had a traumatic experience in the past that didn't come up. Why?
More than likely it is because this issue was not "causal." Meaning that you dealt with it and it cleared from your cellular memory and is not causing you direct health or emotional blockages (even though you still remember it). There are other possible reasons that are covered in depth within your instructional guide that is emailed along with your reports.
Is it possible to do these scans in person?
Yes, of course! We would love work with you in person! Our office is located in Scottsdale, Arizona. We see many clients in person who are residents as well as visitors passing through. However, keep in mind that, for sake of convenience, remote scanning is just as effective as testing in person.
How do remote scans work?
We use the same testing procedures as if a person was completing a live scan, however, with remote scans we add our surrogate technology. For more information, please visit the "Our Technology" page.
Is there a minimum age requirement to try this?
Although bio-energetic screenings can be done with all ages, the unique nature and intent of Soul Scans is ideally intended for adults who have the desire and maturity to deal with what comes up and the time and commitment to complete the exercises. Returns & Refunds
Due to the procedure, time, and effort involved with each order, refunds are not offered after the work is completed. However, if you change your mind before we run your scans, we will be happy to issue a full refund.You may want to review the sample scans located within the "Soul Scans Bundle" tab to understand what type of information you will be receiving so there are no surprises.
